We are seeking an exceptional individual to spearhead our growing sales operation which covers both direct and channel sales. Your remit will be to grow our property sales business to local and international customers and manage the operations covering sales strategy, target management, performance management, sales operations, training, motivation and leadership of our sales teams. To be considered for this role you will need to degree educated with 10+ years proven sales experience and be a classically trained Senior Sales professional. You will have honed your skills in a MNC environment and will now be working in the real estate industry either locally or internationally. Of paramount importance is a strong personality, high energy levels and a strategic approach.
