Job Description • Primary accountability for revenue budget achievement and delivery of other agreed sales objectives, in respect of Cash Management and transactional banking products for Corporate Banking customers. • Generate revenue booked in country, through the sale of a range of products to existing or target, working in conjunction with product partners as appropriate i.e. trade, treasury etc. • Liaise with clients, RMs, product partners/other functions to identify, develop and • implement cross border and cross functional business opportunities in order to maximize • revenue/returns for the Group • In cases, plan, co-ordinate and monitor marketing of products and • services to all entities within a customer group on a global (GM) or regional (RM) • basis with objective to maximize revenue/returns. • Primary accountability for liabilities of own portfolio shared with Corporate Banking Relationship Managers and on a global or regional basis for GMs and RMs. • Primary accountability for internal and external audit compliance in respect of own portfolio/activities. • Contribute to team business plan and be primarily responsible for the implementation for own portfolio. • Ensure that resources are being directed appropriately. • Assist in the development of junior members of the team when applicable in order to ensure that the highest professional standards of service are provided to customers and to facilitate career development. • Identify issues, propose solutions to problems and take part in project action teams to contribute to operating efficiency of team. • Live and demonstrate Al Rajhi brand values. • Ensure current ongoing knowledge of entire transactional product range especially new products with a view to positioning appropriately within Industry focus. • Arrange regular proactive meetings with Industry counterparts in the Corporate bank/FI to ensure adequate transactional product penetration for particular Industries. • Arrange regular proactive meetings with Industry counterparts in the Corporate bank/FI to ensure adequate transactional product penetration for that Industry • Put Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) in place for all new customers going forward. • Ensure adequate corporate governance, rigour and compliance with Al RajhiGroup standards. • 100% ( KYC) compliance for all new accounts. • Marketing process-Complete deals review for all non-standard deals and obtain detailed info prior to implementation using transactional questionnaire and other means. • Project management-Ensure Marketing managers Project manage complex deals which includes managing end-to-end process and running regular cross-functional update meetings. • Proactive participation in on-going product and Pricing reviews, enhancements and innovation. • Information orientation-Review call centre queries and other sources with a view to identifying x-sell Opportunities and proactive problem resolution. • Manage own portfolio sales. • Comply with defined customer calling program set in conjunction with Corporate Bank. • Complete all related call reports, sales registers and update CRM. • Maintain relationships at senior levels across local business and Al Rajhi Corporate. • Develop and promote excellent staff relationships through open, honest and influential communications. • Help create team spirit and ensure quality support and service to all clients. • Work closely with various departments to continuously improve operational processes. • Motivate and drive sharing of BEST practice • Be a dependable person that goes the extra mile. • A heavy reliance is placed on the individual to maintain business as usual operations and must therefore be able to operate with minimal supervision. • Candidate must have sound knowledge in Cash Management and transactional products. Candidates should be presentable, innovative, as well as extremely accurate in determining customer requirements. Candidates should be proficient in presentation skills, application skills i.e. Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel and have a comprehensive understanding of competitor electronic banking offerings and third party applications i.e. Sap , JD Edwards, Human resource and Client Payable and Receivable systems. Candidate must be able to train Customers on the system being sold and therefore requires train the trainer skills. • End to end Corporate Transactional and Electronic Banking exposure on all products. • Sales and Marketing of Cash Management and Transactional products to High, Mid and low Corporate clients. • Ability to define exact customer requirements to match with products being offered. • Comprehensive overall Banking knowledge • Risk and profitability assessment • Project Management Skill set to implement complex deals • Ability to work under pressure in order to deliver proposals \ presentations in tight time frames. • Create Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) with clients. • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Marketing / Sales • Minimum 3yrs sales experience in Cash Management and Transactional solutions to Corporate clients. • Proven Transactional and Cash Management Sales experience that is results orientated and performance driven. • Strong selling and excellent customer relationship skills. • Understanding of local banking laws, products, practices, procedures and their applicability to the sale of Cash Management and Transactional products in Corporate Banking. • Be able to be proactive and also transfer knowledge to new recruits, to assist in motivating, influencing and providing leadership. • Strong qualities – honest and open, personal integrity, role model. • Behaviors • Team Player • Accurate • Dependable • Passion for performance • Additional criteria qualities • Excellent communication skills
