Job Description
- Providing user support (phone, email, chat, visits) and training to clients and employees of clients in Dubai and across the Middle East- Establishing long term relationships with clients- Administrative support for general day to day office requirements- Handling petty cash and other minor accounts- Marketing support to the Software Support Managers

- B.Com or BBA degree or having sound double entry accounting knowledge- Ability to communicate excellently in English- Outgoing personality is required to maintain valuable corporate relations- Good analytical reasoning abilities- Team player- Good character- Experience in Call Centre customer service related industry preferred- Nationality & Gender no bar- Fresher’s may also apply
