Work Package title:
1 - REPORTS TO: Procurement/Contracts Manager.
2 – QUALIFICATION:
- Shall be familiar with the general design of nuclear power plants.
- Shall have experience working on EPC projects.
- Shall have experience managing and interfacing with multidiscipline design teams.
- Shall be fluent in written and spoken English.
- Shall have a Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent
- Shall have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
3 – RELATED SOFTWARE PROGRAMS, DOCUMENTS AND PROCEDURES:
a. Related Software Programs to be used:
- Microsoft Word.
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Outlook, or equivalent
- Microsoft Power Point
- Documentum
b. Related Software Programs to be familiar with:
- Marian, or equivalent
- Primavera, P3 or P3e or equivalent as applicable
4 - RELATED TRAINING:
- Primavera, P3 or P3e or equivalent as applicable
- Marian, or equivalent
5 - FUNCTIONS:
- Responsible for oversight of all NI shipping and logistics activities
- Reviews NI shipping and logistics activities to ensure that they are occurring as needed to support the schedule.
- Reviews deliveries to ensure that they are in accordance with the contract and to identify change orders.

Monitors costs to identify trends and takes proactive measures to control costs.
- Ensures QA Program and Procedures are being followed.
- Reviews Site organizations to ensure that staffing levels are adequate to support the schedule.
- Manages Logistics Specialist and Freight Forwarder.
- Audits the activities of Site materials management staff
- Audits vendor submittals

8 - SELF RELIANCE OBJECTIVE:
Works under the supervision of the Procurement/Contracts Manager to ensure that shipping activities executed by the project personnel are done in accordance with good commercial practice and with project procedures and applicable regulations, codes and standards.
