Job Description Business Planning :- * Will be responsible to perform business planning. * Will be responsible to assign sales quotas and monitors performance versus those quotas. * Will responsible for contineous reviews sales coverage, sales performance, and customer churn to ensure that company to meets performance targets. Strategic Planning:- * Will be responsible to communicate sales strategies, company initiatives, sales campaigns and promotions, and compensation plan changes to sales team. * Will be responsible to plan & conducts sales meetings. * Will be responsible to ensure that Account Executives are kept current on products, services, features, sales strategy, rate plan structures, and compensation plans. Marketing strategies:- Will be involved in colating marketing intelligence, Sales Promotions, Brand building activities, Pricing strategies

Desired Candidate's Profile
Profile * Should have good experience in IT hardware (Laptops, Notebooks, Printers) sales . * Should have good experience in corporate sales. * Should have experience in handling Saudi Arabia region. * Should have good management experience, analytical and business oriented approach. * Should have experience in handling distributors / retailer. * Knowlegde of Arabic is must (Fluency in not an issue)
