Job Description
Key Accountabilities 1- Long- Term Strategy Foresee and understand future trends, being aware that customer insights are a critical part of the CMO team as is the responsibility for data collection and data mining Define the market strategy of the business and the strategic planning process. Manage the team that leads interconnection agreements and any wholesale relationships, as these are all core drivers of net revenue. Ensure the overall strategy is market led and thinking in a 3 year time frame in the approach to the market. Align the local market strategy to group strategy and plans, while fulfill the local customers and OPCO requests and needs. 2- Marketing Management Definition of marketing mix elements Segments strategy definition and execution Pricing strategy definition and implementation Terminals strategy definition and execution Subsidy and retention budgets definition and execution CRM strategy and process 3- Product Development And Program Management Test new market ideas in order to validate customer insights before the launch of new products and look for customer feedbacks. Be responsible for the Service’s designed locally, for selecting and implementing agreed global products, for their pricing and commercial models and their delivery to the Customer groups. Guarantee the close down of products and services that are no longer producing suitable returns as well as any price changes to products and services. Act as a service provider to customer groups, by delivering the umbrella brand messaging needed to achieve sales and retention targets. Align all communication messages to customers. Ensure that all decisions follow the EMAPA and group governance processes. 4- Costs And Financial Control Set the CTA and CTR budgets with each of the customer groups which will be set in the financial planning process and reviewed Qtly. The responsibility for managing these costs and achieving these targets on a day to day and month to month basis is the responsibility of the Customer group leaders 5- Human Resources Management Recruit, manage, motivate, coach and develop own staff Bring the brand to life internally consistant with the external brand ROLE DIMENSIONS Key Outputs / Metrics People Interfaces Manages a team of people Net Revenue Growth (i.e. revenue growth at the prime margin line, or revenue less CTA, CTR and interconnection costs) Our Customer Brand Perception measures, Brand engagement and preference. The achievement of internal customer satisfaction to agreed target levels The achievement of group engagement satisfaction to agreed target levels and The achievement of our customer CDI to agreed target level.
