Position - “Head - Online Sales & Care ” Location – Qatar Essential role related knowledge, technical skills, qualifications and experience • 5 years experience with internet sales and care • 2 years experience in a telecommunications • Tertiary degree relevant for position ROLE PURPOSE: Start-up and manage the company’s Qatar’s Online sales and care channel . The Head of On line Sales & Care is accountable for: • Defining, building and managing Company’s Qatar website • Stimulating revenues through the Online Channel • Guaranteeing self help tools for the Online customers • Managing and developing own staff Key Accountabilities Website :  Start-up and operate online store and self-care  Design and implement online experience in-line with the company’s Qatar brand and purpose of “making a world of difference for people in Qatar”.  Ensure that the company is experienced as “confident and upbeat” and makes customers feel “worldly and progressive”  Implement systems and procedures required for operating a world-class company’s online channel Sell  Sell propositions, products, and services to customers online  Ensure that online sales and service targets are achieved Service  Guarantee that the Website is constantly updated with all product and offer information  Develop and maintain Self-Care tools People  Recruit, train, build, inspire, support, coach, and manage online team. Be the company’s figurehead for all online activity.  Set standards and example for customer-centricity, for taking action, and for delivering results. Manage performance in-line with targets for business unit  Make the Online team a great place to work making company an employer of choice ROLE DIMENSIONS - Manages a team of 2 staff - Customer connections - SIM’s sold, Bundles sold, Handsets sold - Cost-to-acquire - OPEX, CAPEX - Revenues - Service Level - Cost-to-serve Daily relates with: - Employees - Customers - Suppliers - Management team Interested candidates please send in your resumes in the form of a word document immediately.
