Job Description
ROLE • Provide onsite support to SAP Key Users and End Users of the company, which have gone live with SAP. • Assist and provide training to the SAP Users and provide feedback on the Users’ readiness. • Handle and work with the consultants to help resolve the respective SAP Module’s Production issues that are reported in the Helpdesk. • Monitor and update all Helpdesk issues and escalate missed deadlines to the SAP Project Manager. • Participate actively in SAP Customization and Upgrade assignments from time to time, based on business requirements. REQUIREMENTS • SAP Certification is a big advantage, though not mandatory. • About 10 years of Total IT experience is necessary. • 4-5 Years of fulltime experience in SAP MM projects • Minimum 2 full cycle end to end implementations in SAP MM is a must. • Experience in SAP MM projects in Oil & Gas / Petroleum industry added plus • Hands on experience in SAP configuration is a must • Knowledge of ABAP will be an added advantage • Excellent communication skills in English language
