Projects assignments to the teams. Project tracking on all the stages.. Guidance to the teams (Solution/Functional/ Technical/Communication). Creations of Standards and its Implementation. Development of the team members.. Profit and loss accountability of the projects. Resource Planning/ Recruitment. R&D (Alternative Ideas/Approaches and Ability to explore the solution)
Eligibility Criteria:
* A BE/B.Tech/MCA Degree from a reputed institute;
*5+ years of experience in software industry;
*Strong verbal, written communication skills;
*Self driven and good leadership skills;
*Should have pleasant attitude and good aptitude;
