PHP and Cold Fusion Programmers

A Washington based software company urgently required following position to work from home.

We are looking for :
- Php Programmers/ Team Leader  (1)
- Cold Fusion Programmers

Applicants should have One to two years development experience

A Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript is very desirable also,
and a MAJOR plus if you have expertise to apply Web 2.0 techniques to  web-based applications

All applicants must have good knowledge of  web technologies and
problem solving skills.

Specific Responsibilities of Team Leader/ Senior Software Engineer:
- Project and Team management;
- Responsible for Team Building, Reviewing the project deliverables,
Coaching and Mentoring, and performance appraisal of the team members;
- Ability to modify/debug/ deploy PHP applications;
- E-Commerce website development/ integration, shopping cart and
payment gateways;
- Strong verbal, written communication skills;
- Self driven and good leadership skills;
- Should have pleasant attitude and great curiousity;


Salaries will be supplimented by annual bonus, as well as profitability/ productivity bonus'.
