Job Description
ackage Managers to manage our subcontractor packages and 1 No. Interface manager to liaise with adjacent Contractor packages working adjacent/around our project wide building facility Structural Steelwork, Cladding and Painting To be the Contractors focal point for the subcontractor and to manage all issues regarding the structural steelwork fabrication at the workshop and installation/erection on site to all buildings. Similarly, for the cladding and steelwork painting subcontractors. The candidate preferably needs to be a qualified structural engineer and to have worked for a structural steelwork contractor or a project manager managing structural steelwork contractors on sites. Alternatively, an experienced time served steelwork fabricator and erector. There will be the need to assist the QC dept. with their factory and site inspections i.e. manage the subcontractor s drawings and document submittals to us and the Engineer and third party information such as NDT of welds. Similarly, for the cladding and painting of steelwork - by other subcontractors i.e. paint application and finish, and fireproof painting. He/she must be capable of corresponding in English - both written and spoken.Doors, Windows, Ironmongery and metal screens and miscellaneous works To be the Contractors focal point for the subcontractor and manage all issues regarding the manufacture and installation on site, of all the above items. Also, to obtain information or support the QA/QC, Safety, Design, Procurement, Interface and Construction departments on matters concerning the subcontractors.

Desired Candidate's Profile
Profile
The candidate preferably needs to be a senior qualified building engineer or a time served carpenter/work shop foreman/superintendent with experience of managing subcontractors and their works. He/she must be capable of corresponding in English - both written and spoken. Building (precast floor an wall panels, waterproofing-rrofing and wet areas FFE.
