We have urgent openings for CCNA Engineer in Qatar Following are the details of the requirement: - Company:One of the biggest IT Solution & Service Provider Company having offices in 7 countries in Gulf Region Job Type: 1 year Extendable Location: Qatar Nationality: Arab Certification: CCNA Experience: 3-5 yrs Education: Bachelors degree-Technical- NO DIPLMO HOLDERS Designation: CCNA Network Engineer Skills: Network monitoring/ Report the fault •Routine and non-routine tests of the network •Installation or routers and switches, rack mounting equipment and basic configuration •Trouble shooting / first level diagnosing First level support •Visit customer site, for faults, coordinate with the engineering staff on the fault •To generate daily / weekly monthly reports •Prepare and update the onsite As Build documents •Detect major/minor problems in the network during day-to-day maintenance and carry-out trouble shooting •Analyze QoS indicators to identify problems and recommend solution •Investigate customers' complaints / faults and recommend solutions to resolve complaints •Fault notification and escalation •Working for Helpdesk Global network, working for any Network monitoring tools like Tivoli LAN.
