Job Description
Bill checking of all major contractorsRate Analysis.Issue of Tenders, Negotiation with the contractors and agencies for finalization and give recommendations to the Management.Coordinate with the Consultants and Contractors Preparation of contract documents and issue of work orders to the finalized agencies.Preparing tender specifications & finalizing requirements, estimates and BOQ.Evaluating & executing contracting works.Negotiating and reviewing contracts as per contract regimes.Interpreting contractual obligations & rights and evaluating technical problems for management reporting.Competitive tendering, Maintaining all records to the projects, Attending various meetings related to the projects, Preparing Bills of Quantities, Claims, Preparation of ValuationsAnalyzing the Rates, Preparation of Work Orders, Preparation of monthly bills for various sub-contractors working with HCC.Dealing the client on daily basis on contractual & quantity survey matter.Preparation of claims, Rate analysis for Extra & Deviated Items.Well conversant with conditions of contract (including FIDIC) and specifications.All correspondences: with client, inter office, our head office.Preparation of various daily/ weekly/ monthly statements to be submitted to client & inter office.

BE in Civil from a college of repute20 – 25 years in Commercial, Residential or Industrial space. Should have at least 5 years exposure in heading the Contracts Dept. Only from a construction contracting company.
