Desired Candidate's Profile
MCS/BCS with minimum two years of working experience in Windows 2003/XP domain environment.· Preferably MCSE/MCSA and CCNA certified.· Hands on experience in Hardware/Software Troubleshooting· Strong knowledge and troubleshooting skills on Windows XP/Vista and MS-Office applications.· Good concepts of TCP/IP and related protocols.· Medium level skills on MS-ISA, Sharepoint, MS-SQL and Exchange Servers· Knowledge of Windows Active Directory environment and administration.· Knowledge of Patch Management, Data Security and Data Backup.· Preference will be given to those having concepts/experience with LAN/WAN networking technologies.· Excellent analytical capabilities, troubleshooting and creative problem-solving skills.
