Job Description
To administer and control the company’s QA/QC programs, activities are maintained in accordance with ISO 9001:2000. To maintain company’s ASME certification and welding programs/other requirements as may be appropriate.Manage and co-ordinates/ directs internal audits in accordance with Internal Quality Audit Programs.Reports on performance of the quality system to the Quality Committee for review and as a basis for improvement.Responsible for development, maintenance and implementation of all Corporate and Project Quality Assurance manuals and Quality Plans and for revisions thereto. Directs, develops, maintains and revises all QA and QC procedures, including Non- Destructive Examination.Responsible for updating/revising company policies and procedures as required.Directs the Quality Assurance/Quality Control function for AYTB projects to ensure that fabrication and all installations conform to project engineering designs, detailed drawings and specifications.Ensures that AYTB provides the Client with a quality service. Liaises with Client's QA/QC organizations on all matters pertaining to QA/QC on projects sites. Provides project specific quality programs as for construction projects of petrochemical process plants. Liaises with external parties on quality related matters.Reviews with the President / COO, as a minimum no less than 12 months interval, the quality system and its performance, suitability and effectiveness, related to AYTB's stated Quality Policy. Review may be more frequent if circumstances dictate.Provides technical support to all QA/QC Staff employed in the various divisions.

Desired Candidate's Profile
Profile
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering ( Mechanical or Industrial) plus minimum 10-12 years QA/QC experience or equivalent. Relevant advanced training in TQM techniques.Thorough working knowledge of regulatory agency QA/QC activities. Minimum 5 years experience must have been in a similar position on similar facilities under construction or EPC Companies.Proven ability to supervise personnel and excellent verbal/written communication skills required.Advance degree or training is desirable and should be a computer literate.
