The person should have very good knowledge of .Net development (VB & C#) and MS SQL server. He should have very thorough understanding of Experience with VB 6, VB.NET, .NET Framework. Optimize performance, debug, and develop additional features for current products. Solid Experience with MS Access 2000 or later and MS SQL database application development. Hardware interfacing, Problem solving and troubleshooting skills. Good communication skills, networking and documentation standards.
