Job Description
Provide support to Microsoft products including Windows, Exchange. User profile management, ISA proxy, back up using Veritas agent. Provide support to security products including Microsoft, Symantec, Surf control, Fortinet, etc.Implementing, Upgrading & troubleshooting of Microsoft 2003/2008. ISA Server. Installation and troubleshooting of Microsoft Exchange 2003 Database. Installing, Configuring, and Administering Microsoft Internet Security and Acceleration (ISA) Server. Should be well versed in network protocols and DNS/ DHCP. Deployment of VPN over Leased line using Cisco product. Remote administration. Load balancing and packet shaping on internet bandwidth

Qualifications: MCSE certification a must with CCNA certification. Four ( 4+ ) Years of experience is desired. Engineering degree or Diploma in computer technology. Dynamic, Mature. Able to work under pressure. Capable of handling Projects independently. Good communications skills. English, Arabic would be an advantage.
