Job Description
1. Plann and implementation and manager structured IT Department. 2. Major modifications to the supporting regional infrastructure. Implements network security 2. Should have worked in E business, Oracle ERP System with knowledge about all modules, Must have accounting background, Knowledge about Unix / Solaris administration, Ensuring maximum benefit from the system. 3. Manages and develops upgrades to IP telephone system. 4. Oversees all telephone changes, including routing for seating assignments. 5. Arrange and provide infrastructure and support training for end user under his supervision and guidelines 6. Oversees troubleshooting, systems backups, archiving, and disaster recovery and provides expert support when necessary. Works with project teams to help implement Internal Systems. Should have experience in firewall, Spam filter, Email system, Should have strong knowledge about all Microsoft platform 7. Oversees all help desk activities at the corporate level. Responds to escalated help desk issues. Oversees the administration and maintenance of our tracking software. Interacts with internal clients on all levels to help resolve IT-related issues and provides answers in a timely manner 8. Builds and maintains vendor relationships and manages the purchase of hardware and software products. Manages the purchasing of all software, hardware and other IT supplies at the corporate level. Ensures that company assets are maintained responsibly.

Skills 1. Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Engineering 2. With at least 5 years experience as IT Manager of a large organization preferably in FMCG/Retail industry 3. With excellent leadership qualities, team work abilities and client management skills 4. Should be adept in networking, Oractl ERP accounting software, IP telephone systems, training & lab maintenance, help desk administration and asset management.
