Job Description
Handle incoming calls with the objective of fostering the value of maintaining multiple relationships with American Express. Provide optimum Customer Service and Value Solution Sales to Cardmembers by promptly and accurately responding to their questions on complex multiple inquiries. Evaluate account status at point of contact by analyzing information and recommending solutions to resolve the Cardmember’s issues. Perform problem resolution to ensure that customer and business expectations are met within the concept of “First Contact Resolution” Handling Travel and lifestyle requests.

• Bachelor’s degree or Higher Diploma in hospitality industry, customer services or equivalent. • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to analyze situations and make recommendations leading to problem resolution. • Ability to handle customer calls in a timely manner. • Travel agency qualifications would be an asset • Sales experience a definite asset. • Self-motivated and ability to work independently. • Demonstrated listening and negotiation skills. • Must be able to engage in an in-depth level of conversation in both Arabic and English. • Computer skills. • Priority will be given to Saudi nationals. Second priority will be given to all Arabic speaking candidates from Arab world. Third priority will be given to Lebanese nationals from Lebanon (as we have visas). • Should have traveled for either work or vacation related. • From a high social background with some experience in VIP lifestyle, shopping, restaurants, hotels etc Experience in Customer Service or Travel related or Concierge service in a 5 star hotel.
