Job Description
• A member of the Corporate Banking Team responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with a portfolio of Corporate Banking customers. • Deliver high quality and consistent credit papers on credit deals to the Credit Risk team for sanctioning • Work in partnership with RMs and Product Partners, providing input in deals, and ensure deals are submitted for execution • Primarily responsible for customer satisfaction, Portfolio Management, cross sell and MI Management for the team • Responsible for implementing Group Policies and Procedures to be adhered to by the team. • Develop and maintain own contacts with individuals within customers’ organisation. • Act as principal point of contact in Relationship Managers absence. • Co-ordinate introduction to and from other areas of the ARB Group where appropriate and monitor outcome. • Assist with development of and revisions to Customer Marketing Plan and deal pipeline. • Monitor level of customer service and satisfaction. • Conduct research to identify potential new customers and maintain database of potential customers. • Develop and maintain contacts with specialists in other Group sectors and other areas of the Group. • Monitor leads and co-ordinate information for the Relationship Manager on overall portfolio. • Monitor set-up of products from other areas of the ARB Group. • Analyze historic and projected financial information to identify key issues and monitor compliance with covenants and terms prior to discussing with Relationship Manager • See deals to execution including facility letters and co-ordinate execution of documentation and drawdown of facilities • Provide technical input and undertake research for Relationship Managers in connection with proposed security and liaise to arrange preparation and execution of security documentation • Coordinate the set up of MIS for Corporate Banking teams and ensure the reporting system is fully functional • Support review of refer list and other risk reports • Attend business meetings and contribute fully, including suggestions for ways of improving customer service. • Contribute to environment of mutual support by sharing knowledge with other team members. • Work with RM's and team leaders to ensure the unit has flawless Risk Management procedures in place; • Ensure the RMs in the team adopt and apply the required Risk Management Procedures • Responsible for working with Risk teams to ensure customer reviews are conducted on time and are of the quality required • Monitor the compliance of all Governance and policy procedures
