Job Description
The Role: - To perform complex complaint based inspection, identify and apply corrective action to abate code violations, apply codes to complex processes and associated equipment and operations. - Should be fully responsible for implementation of Life Safety Code as per NFPA or other relevant standards - Know the requirements of existing UAE regulations, code or practices and other appropriate regulations to ensure that they are observed - Devise the Division’s Life and Fire Safety System - Identify the risks in accomplishing the work and devise appropriate safeguards - Prepare Emergency action plan, payout for all areas discipline and ensure effective implementation - Conduct monthly internal life safety system audit to ensure compliance with the Division safety procedure / plan and other appropriate regulations Candidate should be a graduate in Fire Science / Fire Engineering with at least 8 to 10 years of experience in the Life and Fire Safety System implementation in Facility Management industry. Candidate should have a very good command of English language and good leadership qualities and inter-personal relationship. Excellent package awaits successful candidates.
