Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible of the following: Install company products at clients’ premises and on hosted platform. Apply system updates and service packs. Conduct troubleshooting and problem resolution. PC Hardware Troubleshooting. IT Helpdesk knowledge base. Microsoft back Office products including Windows 2003 Server, Exchange 2003 Server and Active Directory. Microsoft front Office products including Windows XP Professional and MS Office. Telecommunications including AVAYA exchange system and IP telephone as well as Internet technologies. Management of tasks and reporting to IT Manager. Managing Disaster Recovery procedures. Train end users where ever required.

Desired Candidate's Profile

The ideal candidate should be / have Bachelors degree (Master preferred) in Computer Science/Information Technology. Professional certifications such as MCSE, CCNA, JCNA … 6 – 8 years of professional experience in information technology, network management, routing and security within large environment. Advanced knowledge and understanding of a range of computer and networking software and hardware systems and related technologies. Ability to analyze and assess computer/network architecture requirements and determine optimum, cost effective solutions. Thorough understanding of Microsoft Windows 2003 server & windows 2003 networking with Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange server 2003. Experience in DNS/DHCP and Web Server (IIS 6.0). Database experience (preferably MS-SQL). Experience in Microsoft GP 10 and CRM administration. Experience with data storage and data backup. Self-motivated and the ability to work independently. Excellent English written and verbal communication skills. Dynamic and effective team player. Quick learner, ability to resolve technical issues.
