Job Description
The Project Manager manages and coordinates cross-functional, operational phases of system development and/or enhancement of Oracle projects from concept to launch. Work with our internal customers (Accounting/Inventory/Purchasing/HR) on business systems projects including business systems deployment, application development, training and support and process improvement initiatives, providing subject matter expertise and project management. You will be responsible for the project's complete lifecycle from project initiation through implementation and deployment. The Project Manager will be responsible for the coordination and completion of projects. Tasks will include setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities and monitoring/summarizing progress of each project. You will also prepare reports for upper management regarding status of each project. Successful candidate will have worked on at least 2 of the following 4 Oracle modules: Financials (including Project Costing/Cash Management) Inventory Purchasing HRMS Finally, experience with defining/maintaining SOX policies and enforcement of those policies is a plus.

Able to measure and manage risk effectively Able to engage individuals across multiple organizations to resolve problems 5 years of progressive relevant experience (project management) Experience developing and implementing medium to large scale system projects Managing projects, expertise in project methodology including requirements gathering scope definition risk analysis, project planning, project execution, post implementation reviews Proven track record of developing good internal and external business relationships to achieve project objectives Successful management of vendor relationships 5 to 7 years of experience in Oracle Applications 11i (11.5.10) Experience in software development life cycle process ? Excellent communication skills, verbal, written and presentation ? Knowledge of standard Microsoft software applications, i.e. Word, Excel, Microsoft Projects, PowerPoint and Visio required
