Job Description Looking for PeopleSoft HRMS Functional Consultant.

Profile
Min 5+ years of work experience in the local market and working with PeopleSoft application.Experience working with HCM 8.9 or higher is a must.Mandatory Knowledge in local HR processes and experience in implementing Workforce Admin, Position Management, Global Assignments, eProfile, etc.Any experience in the areas of PeopleSoft Absence Management, e Performance, Salary Review, Benefits, etc is a plus.Previous implementation experience in this geo is mandatory.Should have experience in Requirement Analysis, conducting workshops/ demos, providing user training, application testing, etc is a must.Language: Fluent English. Any local language is a plus to understand regional/ regulatory requirements and understanding HR processes.
