Job Description
The job profile is as follows :-- • Responsible for daily operation of company IT Reporting tasks Keep KPIs and KQIs related to Job Position Develop and maintain the company IT infrastructure o Responsible for the installation, modification, testing, servicing, backup of company IT infrastructure systems and equipment Operation systems and applications support Create and maintain documentation, maintain records on repairs, downtime, changes and updates Coordinate and support in solving of critical and emergency situations Analyze risks of company IT operation and ensure necessary steps to prevent them Creation and actualization of security policy for company IT and systems Responsible for fulfilling SLAs statements Performs other related duties as required Provide feedback to relevant departments Performs other related duties as required.

Desired Candidate's Profile
Profile
Candidates should have the :-- o 3+ years of experience in IT and systems operation o Knowledge about multiplatform server HW and SW o Ability to deliver precise solutions, sense for detail, strong analytical skills, self management, flexibility, organizational skills o PC Skills (HW/SW): Windows, Unix OS o Secondary school (communication faculty)
