The ideal candidate would have 5+ years of experience in relevant areas and would have experience on the following: * Installation, configuring and upgrading of Oracle/SQL/Sybase and related products. * Establish and maintain sound backup and recovery policies and procedures * Perform database tuning and performance monitoring * Setup and maintain documentation and standards * Good interpersonal skills to interact with all level of people of the organization. * Good attitude to learn new skill & adopt new technologies. * Oracle/MS SQL certification is a must.
