Job Description
- To manage payroll of all employees of group companies. - To maintain accurate datas of employees salary, benefits, deductable and other benefits. - Collect all details from the group companies and update to prepare and submit the payroll with no errors within stipulated time limit. - Excellent coordiantion with all group companies HR and Accounts department to establish smooth functioning of payroll systems.

Processing monthly payroll in a timely and accurate manner. Validating employee contractual details in the HRMS to ensure accuracy of information. Maintaining database for employee records. Validating all leave transactions and claims (HRA, LTA, Education) for employee payouts. Recording administration transactions to ascertain employee deductions. Processing final settlements for leavers, ensuring compliance to legal requirements and company policies. Processing payment contributions for Abu Dhabi Retirement Pension & Benefit Fund for national employees. Ensuring accuracy over all employee advances, balances and its timely recovery. Supporting finance in establishing appropriate HR / Finance interface for linking HR / Payroll data to the general ledger. Maintaining monthly provisions for leave, airfare and gratuity. Providing payroll related information and assistance to internal as well as external auditors. Generating all types of HR and Payroll reports. Attending and resolving all queries pertaining to employee payments.

Education Basic - Bachelor of Business Administration ( Management , Management )
