Job Description
Key Activities: • Build, maintain and continuously improve customer service and compliance infrastructure • Ensure a customer centric & compliance oriented culture • Provide timely, accurate and complete guidance to process owners to facilitate their tactical and strategic decision making • Proactively identifying process improvement opportunities to optimize relationship for the short and long term through a careful analysis of cost-effectiveness of the activities managed by the Call Center and by the evolution of KPIs/budget • Driving continuous improvement in contract, pricing and vendor performance to reflect changes in business line objectives and goals • Objectively monitor, review and analyze business processes for existing or potential compliance violations or concerns • Objectively monitor, review and analyze business processes to enhance Customer Satisfaction • Pro-actively manage performance within the team effectively and efficiently

Essential role related knowledge, technical skills, qualifications and experience: • Trend economic and financial, competitive dynamics and developments in the commercial offer of the reference Market • Systems, technical & management processes & loyalty of Customer Base (cross-selling, up-sell & loyalty) • Processes, organization and management of Call Centre • Customer relationship Management Techniques (Customer Satisfaction/retention) • Information systems of competence • Tools, methods and techniques for analysis, planning, reporting and monitoring Call Centre performances • Understanding of the knowledge management process. • Ability to establish, develop, and maintain relevant network of professional contacts.
