Candidates with 3-5 years experience in installing and support of Cisco (IP Telephony, Cisco Call Manager & Unity) & Nortel LAN /WAN Network Products, Internet Security Products - Firewall, VPN, IDS, Network Management - Cisco works & Optivity. CCIE / CCNP / NORTEL certification shall be an added advantage.
