Job Description
Undertakes administrative and record keeping tasks as directed by the Line Manager. Update staff records like attendance -pay rise - overtime - leave - loans - relocation allowance Post warning Letters in the system. Deduction/Addition of Housing and Transportation Answer staff queries on salary issues.

2-3 years experience within a large organisation preferably Retail with application/interpretation of personnel policies, HR background preferable. Must be excellent in Advanced Excel & Oracle - HRMS system. Excellent communication & corresponding skills Payroll background a must. Good knowledge of Kuwait Labour Law.
