Job Description
Manage the main contract with the Client, ensure that deliverable documents required are submitted on time as specified in the contract Monitor and record all variation orders and claims by the Client; ensure that the resulting notices, cost estimates and updates are submitted in line with agreed timing and procedure. Post notices of delay or cost in a timely manner and coordinate action and communication with affected departments Check and prepare all correspondence commercially and contractually related to the project, and any correspondence related to Client or sub-contractors, and direct the project commercial team to take any necessary action as a result of these notices Prepare and manage sub-contracts with sub-contractors based on the company standards and the approved budget Evaluation and management of variation orders and claims to subcontractors Review of the project cost report with Cost Control Engineer to ensure that the actual cost of work performed to date is in line with the budget, and make revisions and seek approval where necessary Coordinate regular meetings with the Planning. Department to ensure that updated schedules are prepared and submitted in a timely manner and ensure that the impact of any delay or event affecting the project time schedule is promptly registered on the project program and communicated to all relevant parties Collect all necessary data and logs from the project commercial team and prepare the monthly project commercial report Review and approve subcontractor's invoices and payments Prepare final statement and claims at the end of the project.

Profile
Relevant degree qualification 7+ years experience. Experience of managing diverse teams in line with complex strategic and financial targets. Advanced proficiency in current technology across project management, design and reporting. Fluency in English is essential.
