Job Description
Handle PC hardware troubleshooting, OS - Windows 2K, XP professional, MS Office. Manage and solve queries on Email systems (MS Outlook / Lotus Notes Client), Internet etc. Properly communicate problem solutions and work arounds to users. Should be available in the UAE for an interview.

Graduate with minimum 2 years experience in related field. Good knowledge of standard PC Operating systems. Exposure to networking issues and resolution. Good and effective communication skills. High energy and ability to work under pressure.
