Job Description
Purpose of Job Role To coordinate among all the concerned entities to ensure that all Everest products is bearing the correct artwork and customer information with the highest quality finish of printing. Also to handle all graphic design activities that may serve the company¡¦s marketing mix. Essential Responsibilities -To verify receipt of the artwork from the customer and ensure that it conforms to the desired formats which can be further processed to produce final films for printing. -To understand & confirm the various technical aspects of the artwork including color, background etc as desired by the customer. -To exclusively work in designing or modifying logo¡¦s if requested by the customers. -To provide product sample in printed or soft data format to the concerned person so that the customers can finally approve it, after embedding logos and applying colors to the cabinets. -To arrange films from printing presses and hand over to printing section for production. -To review printed sample and get it approved by the concerned person / department. -To supervise the quality of output in printing section and to provide help whenever needed in the printing process to correctly print the required logos. -To prepare company¡¦s presentations and provide technical & graphical assistance to the Operations or Sales & Marketing Department in all jobs related to the company¡¦s CI or promotional events. -Maintain and keep organized the company¡¦s Artwork Library (films, CD¡¦s etc.). -To do random inspection of printed logos prior to assembly process. -To arrange the printing of stickers from outside printing presses for customized orders. -To prepare the artwork for other business units whenever needed in accordance with the requirement of the concerned person / department. -To find out and suggest improvements in the existing printing facilities. -To prepare product instruction manuals, service manuals, catalogues, product photos, product specification sheets etc. whenever requested by the respective department under concerned approval. -To carry out all other photography & graphic design tasks as assigned by the Operations Head. These may include Safety, Fire, Environment or Maintenance publications and any photographic shooting of products or events.

Previous Experience/ Skills -Minimum 3 years experience as Graphic Designing. -Previous experience with silk screen printing applications an advantage. -Should be creative and artistic in nature. Education -Diploma in Graphic Designing, Visual Communication or Printing. -Computer proficiency in MS Office Tools, Photoshop Illustrator, Quark Xpress, Page Maker, Acrobat etc. and be conversant with Arabic word processing.
