Job Description
Control & supervise Electronics, Home Appliances and Airconditioning Service and Spare Parts operations in an efficient and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction

Desired Candidate's Profile
Profile
1) Degree/Diploma in Engineering (preferably in Mechanical, Refrigeration & Airconditioning or Electronics) 2) Minimum 5 years experience in managing service center(s) 3) Experience in spare parts inventory management, systems and procedures 4) Strong commitment towards customer service and history of successfully meeting set benchmarks of various customer service parameters 5) Fluency in English and Arabic. 6) Knowledge of computers will be an added advantage
