Job Description
As a Senior Engineer reporting to the Vice President – Business Development, you will be responsible to manage effectively the marketing activities and contribute to the profitable growth of the Company. You will setup an efficient Commercial Strategy and assist in achieving the order booking targets. You will formulate pricing strategy and contribute in defining the transfer prices with Finance and Activities for the Products/Projects perimeter. You will manage effectively the relationship with Consultants, Standards Organisations and take lead for prescription action. You will provide product trainings to Sales/Technical Staff in the Company and to Customers/End Users.

* Minimum 5 years, preferably in an electrical Switchgear Manufacturing Industry and somebody who understands the market requirements in this region. *Excellent Leadership abilities, excellent organisation, planning and negotiation skills, excellent communication skills, analytical skills and market surveys, ability to adapt multi-cultural environment. *PC Skills, particularly M.S. Office and presentation skills. * Knowledge of ISO 9001:2000 standards and experience in ERP systems will be an added advantage

Education Basic - Bachelor of Technology/Engineering ( Electrical ) , PG - MBA/PG Diploma in Business Mgmt ( Marketing )
