Job Description
1.General secretarial functions like typing, shorthand, etc. 2. Maintaining File System. 3. Excellent telephone manners 4. Provide highest level of administrative and secretarial support. 5. Internal liaisons with personnel. External liaisons with clients. 6. Scheduling General Manager's meeting and keeping him updated of his upcoming appointments and meetings. 7. Keeping track of all incoming faxes and distributing to concerned department for taking action. 8. Co-ordinate with travel agency for ticket / travel arrangements. receiving, distributing and dispatching mail. 9 Maintaining confidential and general files, receiving visitors, arranging appointments and attending meetings as required.
