Job Description
Co-ordinate, plan and monitor training and development activities throughout the organisation with responsibility for coordinating training needs, recommending the appropriate mix and emphasis of training activities to improve the usage and usability of all Information Systems. The IS of all training templates and registration of new training courses on the organisation training system.Cost Control:Monitor the training budget of the IS Training section versus budgets so that areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified and rectified promptly and potential performance improvement opportunities are capitalized upon.Policies & Procedures:Coordinates improvements to departmental policy and the implementation of procedures and controls covering areas of IS training activity so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service.Training Expertise:Coordinate based on expertise and professional advice to Marafiq - on training and development issues to ensure the smooth implementation of effective programme activities that support the achievement of the IS goals and objectives.Training Needs Analysis:Coordinate IS programs to meet training and development needs, ensuring consistency with Marafiq¡¦s objectives and vision.Training Execution:„X Coordinate the design, delivery and presentation of training programs in order to ensure consistency, quality and relevance of delivered courses.Coordinate the scheduling of the training facilities and other facilities, equipment as required by trainers.Training Evaluation:Coordinate the monitoring of training feedback and post training progress of all participants to assess effectiveness of training and make improvements in quality of training. Reporting:Prepare regular reports on training activities for future coordination and management review.

The role holder should have a Bachelors Degree in Information Systems or Training and Development oriented discipline from a recognized institution. Experience should be at least 5 years experience preferably in the IS sector.
