Job Description
Assist the IT Department in requirement gathering and implementation of new software's within the group holding company and its subsidiaries. Provide system level support and inputs on the web site development and deployment. Understand advanced relational database concepts. Proactively seeks opportunities to broaden and deepen knowledge base and proficiencies on the aspect of software implementation life-cycle. Understand technical and functional design requirements on a software implementation level. Identifies system deficiencies and recommends solutions. Assists in enforcement of development deadlines and schedules. Demonstrates proficiency with physical and logical database design. Anticipates client needs before they arise and presents solutions to project management that encompass issues at hand. Understands expectations that were set with client and recognizes when issues / events may affect delivery

Should be B.Tech Graduate or BE in Computer Science Excellent written and verbal communication skills Special skills :- Microsoft Visual, C, C++, Java, Database administration skills in VB.NET, ASP/NET for WEB environment Good knowledge of Windows XP & Vista & Microsoft Office
